Refund policy

🔹 Vorax Fashion Refund Policy (Draft)

Refunds & Exchanges  
- Customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.  
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.  

Non‑Refundable Items  
- Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non‑refundable.  
- Accessories and undergarments cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  

Process  
- To start a return, contact us at support@voraxfashion.com or WhatsApp at 03332049269.  
- Once approved, customer must ship the product back to our Karachi address.  
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless item was defective).  

Refund Method  
- Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer/Easypaisa).  
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.  

Damaged or Wrong Item  
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
